The fees are fixed according to the Tariff of the minimum billing rates of the lawyers’ fees.

General Provisions

Art. 1. The fee for the legal assistance provided by the lawyer is fixed by free negotiation based on written agreement with the client but it cannot be less than the minimum billing rate set forth in this regulation for the relevant type of assistance.
